Your office staff cares about you and your health, too. Whether you have a question about a medical problem, need an appointment or a referral or have an account issue... Brenda, Dara, Michele, Luann and Sherra are here for you.

| Brenda |

Brenda will usually be the first face you see or the first voice you hear at the office - she is our primary receptionist and answers the phone most of the time! She schedules appointments, helps with referrals and handles your medical records. Brenda has been with us since 2006 and is a key member of the team.

| Dara |
|
|
Dara joined the group in November 2008 as our billing specialist. She is here to help us keep accounts straight and help our patients with any insurance or account issues. Dara's quiet efficiency is a welcome addition to the practice.

Michele helps Dr. Jackson and her patients, primarily, as one of our medical assistants. She was actually a paramedic in her previous life and (we think) enjoys the new challenges Dr. Jackson throws her way!

| Luann |

Luann provides back-up support and lots of computer savvy in the front of the office. She'll be seen answering the phone, scanning or faxing... or kicking the copier when it doesn't work right. Her sense of humor and hard work make a great combination.

Sherra is our second medical assistant, who mainly works with Dr. Theis and his patients. Sherra's energy and enthusiasm for patient care are valuable assets to the practice.
